Our world is begging for transformation.
We have witnessed a crisis in nearly every strata of society – health, education, race, class and gender violence, economic breakdown and climate disaster. We must go beyond bailing out unworkable systems and create viable humane alternative institutions, ideologies and practices. There is an urgent need and a precious opportunity to build a new social and economic paradigm.
What we do
We are uniquely equipped to partner with you to build alternatives to the institutions, organizational structures, ideologies and practices in order to achieve bold systemic change needed now. We do this for larger institutions and more far reaching social change agendas and specifically for organizations, communities, and individuals. In the process of creating change, we seek to heal and transform the thinking and practices that created this crisis. How we do it
Our approach is systemic, inclusive and innovative. We help bring all the stakeholders into the room to deeply explore, vision, create and pilot new systems in any sector it does not matter. We create a dynamic and inclusive change process in which all parties participate and collectively achieve results. Bold systemic change is creatively built by all parties.
